Daily logs might be free while RFIs, budgets or scheduling sit behind a paywall — which means the free tier alone rarely covers a full project workflow end to end.
Limited storage for photos, plans and documents
Construction generates a lot of files fast — site photos, RFI attachments, drawing revisions. Free tiers cap storage low enough that active projects fill it within weeks.
