An IFC model exported from Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software can hold thousands of elements — knowing what's inside without opening a full BIM viewer helps decide if it's the right file before spending time importing it.
This converter reads the IFC file with an open-source engine (web-ifc) and generates an Excel inventory: ID, IFC type (wall, door, window...), and name for each element. It all happens in your browser.
It doesn't calculate quantities or measurements: it's an inventory of which elements the model contains, not a takeoff.
