Who it's for
Drawings get revised constantly on site — revision A, B, C — but there's rarely a reliable way to know if every trade got the memo. The electrician is still working off the set from three weeks ago, the rebar crew is building to dimensions that already changed, and nobody catches it until the work is done and has to be broken out and redone.
The skill processes the drawing distribution log, compares the revision each recipient has on record against the current one, and separates two different situations: a trade confirmed on an old revision, and a trade with no distribution record at all — which is worse, since they may be working from something obtained informally. It prioritizes the alert by severity (structural and MEP before finishes) and by how long the gap has gone unaddressed, and groups by subcontractor to catch whether the problem is systemic with one particular trade.
What it doesn't do: it isn't a document management system with real version control, and it can't force anyone to confirm receipt — it works with whatever log you give it, and flags gaps in that log instead of assuming everything is current. It also doesn't decide which drawing is correct when two revisions conflict; that call stays with the technical office.

If your site needs this wired into your document management system or with automatic alerts whenever a new revision is issued, at Bloqbase we build it to order — reach out at /contacto.
How to put it to work on a real project
The idea isn't to download another file and forget it in a folder. Use it with a specific case: a pending certificate, a coordination meeting, a cost overrun or a handover to the developer. Fill in the resource with real data from your project, validate the result with your own technical judgment, and keep it as an internal reference to repeat the process next time.
