Knowing whether a trade will be able to complete the week's schedule, or whether another has capacity to spare, is usually decided by eye — and by eye it's easy to miss the shortfall until the activity is already behind.
The skill calculates the available capacity and total demand for each trade, identifies shortfalls and surpluses, and only proposes reallocating workers between trades when skills are reasonably compatible — if they're not, it says explicitly that the shortfall requires hiring or one-off subcontracting, instead of forcing an unrealistic solution.
