Setup and admin overhead
Enterprise platforms are built assuming a dedicated admin to configure modules, permissions and workflows. If nobody on your team has the bandwidth for that, the tool takes months to actually pay off.

A common search is specifically for the Procore desktop app — worth checking whether your team mostly works from a jobsite phone or an office desktop before picking a platform built around one or the other.
How many of the modules you would actually use
